Avril Lavigne has released the fourth single from her self-titled fifth studio album. Featuring some Japanese phrases in the lyrics, the song pays homage to the fictional character which first appeared in 1974. Here's "Hello Kitty" debuting straight at #1 on this week's OPC Hits:
