No costume, no bet! No bet, no win!
Found at a Lotto outlet in Cebu City. The O in costumers might have been
originally a U, so it looks like they changed the correct letter, making it wrong.
(And nope, I didn't bet. Just snapped this photo when I noticed as I passed by.)
