22-year old country pop singer Kelsea Ballerini continues to top the OPC Hits chart this week. The Rising Star in Billboard's Women in Music last year is nominated for New Female Vocalist of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year in the 51st Annual Academy of Country Music Awards which will be held on April 3 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.
