The first OPC Hits of February features the return of not just one but two of this blog's favorite artists. On the lower half, Vertical Horizon reenters the chart at #9 as the music video for their current single "Broken Over You" has just been released. While on the upper half, the Newsboys, last year's chart-topper on OPC's Praise 40 of 2013, runs away with another #1 song from their album Restart.
