Rob Thomas, "Hold on Forever" [OPC Hits 2015.12.06]

What he wasn't able to do with his band, he is finally able to do on his own. Matchbox Twenty has had a number of hits on this blog's charts, at one point even having three simultaneous entries for four weeks, but they only managed to peak at #2 with "Overjoyed" in November 2012. Three years later, Rob Thomas returns solo and he finally captures that elusive #1 feat.
