The ladies reign on the latest OPC10 monthly chart: Emmanuelle's "Happy" is this blog's top Pinoy pick for May after holding the #1 spot for three weeks; while Marié Digby, despite not topping the chart on any week this month (she was #1 however for two weeks in April), still manages to land in first place.
